Menopause Transition

You are not going mad but you are going through a transition. One that your body and psyche knows how to do but our current lifestyles and culture doesn’t really support or understand.

You don’t need to be alone, stuck in some lonely, harsh wasteland – there is some good information, knowledge, and support for the menopause transition. It’s not then end, it may feel like it but it is a shift, while you become a more upgraded version of yourself. And rather than rail against this, you could come to understand the process– and that could make all the difference. Your body and emotions are not ‘wrong’ just misunderstood.

Menopause is a transition, a kind of ‘waking up’ to what no longer works for you and therefore it’s an invitation, to what might need to change in your life. Let’s work that out together. You’ve probably been through some transitions in your life already– this is another one. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

Your hormonal patterns can really affect how you feel physically, emotionally, psychologically, how you see & feel the world and your place in it. And at menopause these patterns shift – and subtlety or significantly, you will feel it. You will have different needs, different strengths and different capacities at this time. You may need to find improved ways to resource & nourish yourself now.
